This workshop will teach you how to create an original Keepsake Box while having fun doing it. Professional crafter Jennifer Amos, will guide participants through a fun interactive afternoon painting, decorating, sealing, and decorating their own custom keepsake boxes. These small wooden boxes would make a great gift for Easter or Mother’s Day, could store cherished items from Baby’s First Year, a far-away loved one, or serve as a family heirloom in the making.

This workshop is recommended for adults. Youth aged 16 or older may register independently. Youth ages 13–16 may register if accompanied by a registered adult. This workshop is led by Maker in Residence Jennifer Amos.

All of our workshops and classes are led by professional makers, artists, entrepreneurs, educators and community partners. We strive to provide high-quality and unique learning experiences. Registration will close up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event to provide time for instructors to prepare.
