Ball State University Emerging Media Professor Tong Li will guide students and families through an immersive learning experience to create and perform their own magic tricks. Participants will create their  first magic trick to share with family and friends!  Through this process, you will understand design thinking and its connection with magic!

This workshop is recommended for adults/youth ages 13+ and families. Children ages 8–12 may register with an adult who will be present for the duration of the workshop.  This workshop is led by Maker in Residence Tong Li.

All of our workshops and classes are led by professional makers, artists, entrepreneurs, educators and community partners. We strive to provide high-quality and unique learning experiences. Registration will close up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event to provide time for instructors to prepare.
