The CO:LAB is a coworking space located at Madjax in downtown Muncie. We provide space for entrepreneurs, independent professionals, freelancers, and startup businesses. It offers a community work environment designed to bring members together to share expertise, facilitate networking and grow professional relationships, as well as a place to work independently and free from life’s daily distractions.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Shared Space at Madjax

$50/month

Welcome to ultimate flexibility. This membership grants unlimited access to our modern facility and its amenities. It is perfect for the highly dedicated entrepreneur, full-time remote worker, or anyone desiring a space for continuous productivity.

Dedicated Workspace at Madjax

$150/month

For members who prefer a desk dedicated exclusively to their business, our dedicated desk option combines the flexibility and affordability of a coworking membership with a 8′ x 8′ space to call your own.

Private Office Lease

$450/month+

Our private offices are a great solution for small business owners. A private office allows you the amenities of a coworking membership with the privacy of your own office. Offices are located throughout the Madjax building and on the first floor of the Lofts at Roberts. Check availability or contact our leasing office for information.

Private Mailbox

$30/month+

With a private mailbox at Madjax, you get a real street address, not a PO box. Receive your business mail in a secure, locked private mailbox, and get packages from UPS and FedEx as well.

Day Pass

Whether you're in town for a meeting or just need a quiet spot to focus, The CO:LAB Day Pass has you covered! You'll have access for one day from 8 am–5 pm Monday–Friday. Amenities include full kitchen and secure WiFi. For an additional fee, you can schedule meeting room access.

A day Pass costs $10. Please book a day pass at least 24 hours in advance.

The CO:LAB Amenities

    All members have access to a networked copier, printer and scanner.

  • Mailbox (+30/mo)

    Mail will be delivered to a street address, not a P.O. Box, allowing for delivery of large items.

  • High-Speed Wi-Fi

    Secure, high-speed Internet managed by Hoola Managed IT with an option for guest access.

  • Kitchen, Coffee, & Snacks

    Full kitchen located in the CO:LAB with a coffee maker to brew your perfect cup.

  • Recording Booth

    Members have access to a Whisper Room recording booth on the second floor of Madjax.

  • Secure Shredding

    Members have access to secure shredding equipment provided by Iron Mountain.

Meeting Rooms

CO:LAB members can access two meeting rooms located within the coworking space on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional cost. Both rooms are equipped with whiteboards and large-screen TVs connected to Wi-Fi with the ability to Chromecast. They're perfect for client meetings, presentations, or as a quiet space for an important phone call or conference.

ORANGE MEETING ROOM

Accommodates 8 at the table or 15 total. The glass table also functions as a whiteboard, making this room great for brainstorming sessions.

BLUE MEETING ROOM

Accommodates 6 at the table or 12 total. This cozy, informal meeting room works well for client and small team meetings.
