Who We’re looking For
You’re a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly. Whether it’s addressing a maintenance issue, juggling tenant needs, or making sure the lights (literally) stay on, you thrive in hustle and bustle of a dynamic environment. You value continuous learning and approach challenges with a growth mindset – always seeking to improve processes and expand your skills.
You’re someone who can balance a spreadsheet one moment and greet a new tenant with a smile the next. You love building relationships, whether it’s with tenants, artists, makers, vendors, or the community, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. That includes being comfortable being on call to address urgent maintenance issues or tenant needs.
We’re looking for someone who has experience managing properties or facilities, coordinating repairs, and working with vendors. Bonus points if you’re comfortable with QuickBooks (or something similar) and know your way around accounts payable and receivable. Your strong organizational skills mean that every detail is managed effectively, and your excellent communication abilities allow you to maintain clear and consistent communication with tenants, co-working members, leadership, and contractors alike.

This full-time position offers a starting salary of $43,000 per year. While we don’t offer formal benefits, we provide a flexible work environment that allows you to balance your professional and personal life, generous paid time off, and the chance to work in a fun, collaborative atmosphere. During your first year of employment, you’ll receive up to 12 vacation days, 12 sick days, and 13 paid Holidays.
